Pre Wedding/Boudoir photography in Paris

Whilst XSiGHT UK were shooting a pre wedding shoot in Paris, Adam Alex our principle photographer managed to squeeze in 2 fashion shoots as well as a glamor/boudoir shoot. These are some of the images of our bride Cassandra taken on our last day in Paris. Enjoy the feature.

Whilst speaking at the SWPP convention, i managed to squeeze in a very quick glamor shoot with Vivienne Edge. This time was like no other time before because i was joined by my very good friend and the talented Joe Coglinadro from the USA. Joe Cogliandro is not only a great photographer who runs a very successful studio out of Houston, he is one of my good friends in the industry and a man i respect. The shoot was arranged the night before the shoot with no planning. We had to shoot at 6:30am due to our schedules but the early start provided us an unreal light. I was also pleased to use Joe’s Phase One IQ180 camera. The 80 MP files are insane, such beautiful quality. Anyway, please see some of my images from the shoot.

Destination wedding in Barcelona | Spain

I Love shooting weddings in Spain and especially in Barcelona. Barcelona is a beautiful city full of history and a real sense of love. When i was first asked to shoot this wedding in Barcelona, i was thrilled but once i found out that it was help at the amazing venue ‘Palau Moxo’ this just made things a lot better. Michelle and Ivan were lucky enough to have the wedding held in Spain, especially as they traveled all the way from Melbourne. Michelle booked me some time ago, in fact just before i publicly announced the opening of my UK studio XSiGHT UK. After a few Skype consultations, we got talking about photography, as you do, and i was informed that Michelle is also a photographer. I was of course very happy to have the honor of shooting the big day, however as she was from Melbourne and she is an award winning photographer, i thought i would let her know about my friends who are also based in Melbourne. So, i said, ‘as you are a photographer, you must have heard of XSiGHT right?’ and then it went quite! So i said again ‘you know, XSiGHT?, one of my best friends Nick Ghionis and his brother Jerry Ghionis own it and they are based in Melbourne’ blah blah blah. It turns out that not only does she know them, she works for them! She is pretty much Nick’s PA and has been for some time. We both looked at each other and said ‘WOW’ WHAT A SMALL WORLD! All i am saying is she booked me on my skills and not to get a special staff discount hahaha. You never know who you will know through friends, even if they are on the other side of the world. Moving on…WOW…a red dress! I have a few other wedding photographer friends (some XSiGHT Photographers) who would die to shoot a bride in a red dress, but it seems i got there first. Michelle, you looked amazing! The whole experience of shooting a wedding at Palau Moxo in Barcelona was just amazing and i can not wait to go back to Spain to shoot again soon. Michelle and George had their wedding at the stunning Eltham Palace. Eltham Palace is an amazing venue to get married in or even visit if you can. I have actually known Michelle for about 15 years as we used to travel to school together, so it was a pleasure to shoot her big day. Michelle and George are an amazing couple with a very warm family as well as a sweet little girl. Enjoy some of their cool images.
